Due to demands of the industry and our communities SECCCO opened and operates a training center where we get fresh graduates and students from TVETs to get hands on training from our engineers. These trainees get out to the job market either as self-employment or get absorbed by companies working within the sector. With support from United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), SECCCO has in the recent past trained a total of 550 youths in Mogadishu, Baidoa and Kismayo in solar kits installation, and maintenance.
